The Central Campus Fashion Show is just one of the unique learning opportunities for students in our health, education, and family & consumer science courses.

Whether preparing forĀ a career in health care, wanting to be a teacher, and planning to be a chef or fashion designer, Central Campus will help students get off to a strong start.

Our health courses provide training to become a nurse’s aide, and we offer college-level biotechnology and anatomy classes for students wanting to pursue other health careers in college.

Future teachers will benefit from our education and leadership curriculum, whether your interest is in early childhood education or one day standing in front of a high school class. And Central Campus’s JROTC program is an award-winning unit that is helping to prepare future leaders.

Family and Consumer Sciences at Central Campus is an exciting and dynamic program for future chefs, restauranteurs, designers and merchandisers. The culinary arts program teaches students whose work in the kitchen has earned countless national awards; students even have the chance to manage our very own Central Campus Cafe. The fashion design and merchandising program teachers students all aspects of the clothing industry, from the drawing board to the customer, and cummulates in a year-end Fashion Show.
